What Matters To Me

I care deeply about fostering emotional maturity in children and young adults. I believe that by equipping young minds with the tools of self-awareness and empathy, we can empower them to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and compassion. In today’s digital age, it’s crucial to be discerning consumers of information. I’m passionate about combating the spread of misinformation, particularly in the realm of psychology and mental health. By promoting critical thinking and fact-checking, we can protect ourselves from harmful advice and make informed decisions

I also care about the importance of self-expression and authenticity. By encouraging individuals to voice their opinions and stand up for what they believe in, we can foster a more just and equitable society. However, it’s equally important to be mindful of our online presence and the impact of social media on our mental well-being. By setting boundaries and prioritizing real-world connections, we can strike a healthy balance between the digital and analog worlds.

My Ethics

I am committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported. I believe that empathy, non-judgmental attitude, and unconditional positive regard are essential for building strong relationships and creating a positive impact. As a self-help author, my primary goal is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. I prioritize the well-being of my readers, promoting practices that foster mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

The More Personal Take

There’s something deeply comforting about the rain. It’s a gentle rhythm against the window, a soft hush that drowns out the world. I often find myself drawn to the window, a cup of tea in hand, watching the world transform into shades of gray. It’s during these moments that my mind wanders – to the constellations twinkling above, the mysteries of astrology and tarot cards.

I’m a bit of a dreamer, I suppose. I love the whimsical, the enchanting. Give me a field of wildflowers, a playful puppy, or the delicate shimmer of a crescent moon, and I’m utterly captivated. My camera is always close by, capturing fleeting moments of beauty – the iridescent gleam of a bubble, the vibrant hues of a sunset.

Colors, in general, have a profound effect on me. A splash of vibrant hues can instantly lift my spirits, while soft pastels offer a sense of calm. And when the world feels overwhelming, I often find solace in long drives, the open road stretching before me like a canvas.

Perhaps it’s the child within me, but I still find immense joy in simple pleasures – cuddling with my furry companions, the feeling of warm sunshine on my skin, the sheer delight of blowing bubbles and watching them dance in the breeze. These are the moments that truly nourish my soul.
